Couse if I never touch the ground I never start to believe in myself. Physically as I was connecting the dots on my head I was listening to this as it was immediately reaffirmed. I'm now cringing at myself but- I get it now I-. Can't get hyper and just act- that's my cycle I gotta break bc I have a habit or acting acting acting then crashing bc I'm a non neuro-typical with anxiety disorder.
