I think this product should be panned and who ever invented it should be put in jail.
Cheap Realtors should decomm these devices and start using the numeric ones only.

I'm going to show a house today that has one of those locks. My manager told me to clear the lock by turning to A clockwise twice, then twice again counter clockwise...is there any diference or all wheel locks can be cleared both ways?
