I admired and loved Hirdy as a player when I was a child, growing up. He was a magnificent player and it was always a joy to watch him play. I’m not biased, I didn’t give two shits about the Bombers; I was always a NM supporter. However there were always certain players that commanded respect due to their talent and/or sportsmanship. Fucking OJ Simpson didn’t get the same level of journalism fuckery. It was complete bullshit; the man didn’t deserve what he got. Piece of shit media.
If a coach or player slipped up over there they are done in any sport- media, tv, public etc. I think this was the big one where players were reicieving PEDs known by the coach. Where is he now????
