Could never see 4:32 - 6:49 because to see these losing animations you seemingly had to go out of your way to finish second or third in a cup. At least the was the case with me. They clearly wanted to do more with Penta's animations and voice, but I guess we would have to wait 20 years.
By the time you beat all of N. Tropy's time trials and unlock him, you're probably not losing a cup race on any difficulty. That's a good way to never see his losing animation lol.
