One cause of grey hair is oxidation, triggered by stress and other causes, that trigger a buildup of peroxide which then bleaches the hair from the inside out. Recently I’ve considered returning my white hairs in the front to their normal blue black color, like all my hairs in the back of my head naturally still are. Think I’ll try the old fashion potatoes catalase method instead of synthetic box color.
Ok, this morning I boiled potato skins, let the water cool off, I pulled out a few of my white hairs and let them sit in it for about an hour. The white hairs remained white.
Could have been worded better. It doesn't get rid of gray hair, it stains, colors, or covers them up. Use onion juice, be careful of getting it in your eyes, sprayed on dry (or wet) hair and leave in as long as possible, 30 minutes to overnight, and then wash out, to treat the inability to break down naturally occuring hydrogen peroxide buildup in scalp. Over time this may reduce gray hair, to a point. You are treating the scalp, not the hair, with this. Once the scalp is reduced in hydrogen peroxide, the hair will stop growing out gray.

Will repeat rinse today. I am a dirty blonde so I don't plan to do the 7 day treatment. I am amazed. Add a drop or two of lavender oil or rosemary for nice scent.

Henna results in red hair. I would just put it in a spray bottle and spray it on.

قاموا مجموعة من الخبراء في مجال العناية بالشعر والبشرة إجراء تجربة لعلاج الشعر الأبيض بواسطة ماء البطاطس، والحقيقة أن كانت النتيجة مذهلة، نظراً لأن نقص صبغ مادة الميلانين هي التي تؤدي لظهور الشعر الأبيض، والتي توفرها ماء البطاطس لفروة الرأس مع إمدادها بالفيتامينات أيضاً.
التخلص من الشعر الأبيض
كل ما تحتاجونه هو/ كوبين من الماء+ قشر بطاطس.
طريقة التحضير والإستعمال/
• ضع قشر البطاطس مع الماء على النار، ويترك ليغلي لمدة 5 دقائق.
• يرفع من على النار ويصفى ويترك ليبرد.
• يوزع ماء البطاطس بواسطة فرشاه على الشعرحتى يتشرب، تكرر هذه الوصفة مرة واحدة في الأسبوع ، ستلاحظون أن الشعر الأبيض عاد إليع الصبغه وأختفى تماماً.
