H B I went to a local surgeon in my area that was proficient in explant surgery and capsule removal. He retires this year so is no longer taking patients as far as I know. You are very correct that finding a surgeon that is skilled enough and willing to remove capsule is incredibly difficult.

What dr did you go to? Not many are experienced with proper explant
