They have small drones on the company or platoon level to surveil the battlefield with. If you watch the entire video on the Third Brigade's you can see that their HQ is using them to keep track of friendlies and enemies.

I don't support russia in any way, the same for ukraine because wars always suck, i can tell you that casualties can never be determined during war, because 1; both sides WILL use misinformation, wether you like it or not, 2; dead people, (KIA), Missing people (MIA), will only be fully accurate AFTER the war because many corpses have to get send home, etc, which is hard to do during a war.
