Yet another Agnes Obel song that has an odd connection and effortless familiarity to me. As I listen now, my mind scrolls through largely insignificant moments that both haunt and comfort me. The song ends, the spell is broken, Yet the feeling remains.
There is always such magic in her music. Like a stereophonic storybook.

OMG. I can't belive she'll be back. I missed her so much. She is the only reason that I keep trying in this life. Agnes literally saved my life dozens of times. And I'm really thankful about it. I can't tell you how bad I felt before. And than there she was! An angel called Agnes. Her beauty and the moonlight literally overthrew me. She took my hand and gave me the power, supplies that I needed most, she let me go to the places that I've never gone before. Hallelujah, Agnes. You are the only person that I owe my life so far. Where has this music been all my life? Reminds me of Kate Bush, maybe Tori Amos with Cocteau Twins' layered vocals by Elizabeth Fraser. I haven't been paying much attention to music these days but, this is right up my musical alley. This is making me feel like a kid on Christmas morning and i am ALL about it !

Probably 3 or 4 years ago, I was listening to a random chill music playlist on TH-cam while doing my cleaning. Suddenly, a beautiful song started to play and I remember stopping myself from what I was doing, in awe for that music. It was "Riverside". From that moment I started looking more into Agnes Obel and fell in love. Being a fan ever sinceand still having goosebumps after many years when I listen to "Riverside".

Found this song yesterday, Friday 24 May 2023, as it played in the beginning and end of my boyfriend's school theater play, the play that was acted was "Paradise" by Kae Tempest, I immediatly loved it, the ambiance of the room and of the whole play was so perfect. Everyone played multiple characters at multiple times which made confusing at some moments, but i still loved it and think about it every hour.
Merci Lolo pour m'avoir fait découvrir ta passion pour le théatre et l'art du spectacle, tu a été formidable et même si tu le pense pas par toi même : parfait, oui tout le monde a fait quelques petites erreurs mais ça donnait de l'authenticité
Tes danses au début et à la fin de la pièce était si charmante, je rêverais que tu les refasses un jour, tu est d'une beauté et d'un charme parfait, le simple fait qu'en a peine 3 jours je sois en couple avec toi, et nous voilà maintenant 8 mois plus tard, toujours ensemble, toujours amoureux.
