Jaguar made a mistake announcing they will go all electric.
$120K isn’t actually a good value, maybe the Lotus Evira or the Corvette is better value. But the 911, R8, AMG GT are far more expensive for sure.
First generation car had much better exterior design, but Jaguar went to great lengths to improve the interior.
It would be interesting to see a British green car.
ihad 2 f type rs last 6 years for reasonably priced.. jaguar got greedy and now I just leased 850i.. sad but jaguar left me no choice for the money bmw much more value

Jaguar should change that outdated interior. Previous version looked way better on the exterior and the exhaust was more brutal!!!

I would rather have a older jaguar xk with low miles because there rear wheel drive. If they where easier , less mantince, lower coast to mantince to own. with more dependability and fewer mechanical issues like electrical and battery.
Car looks fantastic outside but inside, the center console design is so outdated and similar to the older models (2017)

I am disappointed with Jaguar for having the hood open backwards
If they make them rear wheel drive that's not over priced they would be more popular . However the only rear wheel drive you can get for the past 7 years is a six cylinder. People want a rear wheel drive v8 you might seen more of them at car meets and shows instead of so many porsches Ferraris and Lamborghinis . The McLaren has took the place of jaguar at car shows and meets I believe the v8s being all wheel drive is a big reason for that . Ya McLarens are nice but jaguar used to be more sought after and competitive. Today not so much front wheel all wheel drives are no sales in muscle , super , hyper car community. Unless your a Subaru. Jaguar been forgotten. This is why . So with that being said what am I looking at hear agien ???

This is the problem, the Internet is full of pathetic clowns like this commenting silly stuff towards things they can’t afford. That’s all it is a lot of the time. People who can afford to buy these thing do not. Why? Because it’s only a problem if you can’t afford it. Expensive cars are costly all around. Period. All this said, the F-type is actually quite reliable for anyone who cares to look. Who would look? Someone who can afford the car.

I’ve got the 2019, it’s been reliable and low cost, I need new rubber next year and that’s over 500$ Canadian per tire. These cars are not that expensive to maintain, I had the most recent service this past summer right around 300$ compared to my Aston Martin DB9 this thing is cheap

@@tunjitube17 There’s a car for everyone. I think they are 2 different buyers. The C8 is way over styled and has a boy racer vibes (my opinion only). The F-Type R is classier package with brutal power. That said, I did appreciate the C8 far more in person than I did in pictures and video. All the ADM nonsense is a complete turn off regardless. ADM problems make the value for money of the C8 much less than it should be.

What a shame jaguar used to be in the same conversation with BMW, and Mercedes-Benz but now it's just another car. It's probably too late for a comeback so sad. By the summer they'll be giving this car away.
