It is, but as rogue you are using poisons and they are sells, so in order not to kiss with poisons you need 17 %. 9% from gear + 5% from talents +3% from boomkin or shadow priest. Also you are using 2x 1h weps and off hand hit cap is 27% its un reachable but its not waste and after 9% hit from gear or 12% if you dont have boomkin or shadow p. get 100% arp and than stack hit after that for more off hand hits that is more instant poison procs , more procs of energy from talent more hack and slash and more auto attack in general as that is your biggest damage dealer. @@ivelingerdzhikov7712 You missunderstending it what its said is that hunter is like a mdps even tho its range as stats are split in mdps and caster and hunter is somewhere in between on caster not melee. Exp is not needed for hunters.

Do paladins care about armor pen as much as the other mdps classes or should just get more str
Igrone arp as paladin for trinkets go with Tiny + DC
