So the driver hits the dude and drives off, runs through a pedestrian crossing, and somehow she didn't do anything wrong? Makes sense.

She sped through a crosswalk in the middle of the night dawg, imagine that been a person just walking over the crosswalk. Not saying the motorcyclist aint also to blame.

6:09 I call bullshit on this whole video clip. Biker is 100% in the wrong. Biker wasn't even crossing at the crosswalk. Car driver did nothing wrong and I doubt that she got a citation of any kind.
For real I came to the comments for this. If she stayed then all the bikers would have pounced on her and started blaming her but since the cops were there first because she left the scene he was all calm and accepting
If she really did leave the scene then in some states it doesn't matter as she'd be held responsible. Also if that was an EV bike or a pedal bike he was riding it, which means he'd have to follow the rules of the road which would make him at fault.

In my state cross walk lights equal a stop sign so even if they were on bikes crossing illegaly she basically blew a red light hit a moto and then ran off twice

Only if contact is made. If you make a maneuver that causes another vehicle to over react then it's not your fault. See it all the time...

@@joshua_J only if contact is made. Otherwise that's failure to control your vehicle. That's a real ticket. I mean obviously if you die it won't matter. But if you live that's your ticket.
@@joshua_J Maybe I should better describe as I've seen this before. If 2 cars are traveling side by side and one changes lanes unexpectedly. If the car driving straight down the lane swerves to avoid that other car and crashes. Only the person who crashed will get a ticket IF the other person just keeps driving. Unless you have witnesses and the car stops you're SOL. You didn't control your vehicle. Now the other car stops and there are witnesses. 2 tickets. You get a failure to control your vehicle. Other car gets a failure to safely maintain their lane. Either way unless contact is made by the car coming into your lane, if you crash, you're getting a ticket.
The rider 100% caused the collision.
DO NOT EVER PULL SOMEONE FROM A CAR, SPINAL AND NECK INJURIES HIDE FROM ADRENALINE. NEVER REMOVE A RIDERS HELMET EITHER IF THEY GO DOWN.

It's not. I ride a Harley too. Most of us are chill AF and we've ridden all kinds of bikes before getting a Harley. When he tried to side swipe the rider....if that had been me at the next stop he's coming off that bike and his homeboy can get some too if he doesn't like the ass-whooping I'm giving his girlfriend.

@@YippingFox Having been in similar situations, I can tell you that truck was MUCH closer than it looked. The truck switched lanes without checking mirrors. I know that rider though… so we chatted about it right after it happened.
@@RealRickCox Oh BS... That bike was going 100 MPH passing between cars that maybe were going 70. I wouldn't have mattered if the truck switched lanes because the bike was most likely going too fast and the biker was going to pass in between them no matter what.

I honestly can’t feel bad for some of these riders who are excessively speeding and weaving almost getting hit like your, your own worst enemy there you can blame the drivers to not realizing your coming up like that. I’ve had riders come up behind me going twice my speed where I look in my mirror and think I have tons of space then boom they are beside me. Those riders are dangerous to themselves and others and I can’t feel bad for them being idiots.

The Its Mallie clip I personally think was the right call bc you can't go if the pedestrians light is green bc they have the right away then. Pedestrians I mean. But as the cop said, they weren't considered pedestrian. They're on bikes and it's illegal for them to use the pedestrian crosswalk on motorcycles. The woman shouldn't get charged for hitting him bc he shouldn't have been using it anyways, but should (and did) get charged for not stopping for the pedestrian light. I also think he probably learned his lesson and won't be doing that again, so no need to charge him.
The blad3runr one, as impressive as it was, was definitely stupid. Not just bc the biker put himself in danger, but he also put the trucker in danger.

No, they arent. Not if the crosswalk isnt activated. The bike also wasnt even in the crosswalk, he hopped the sidewalk. No way for the car to react.

what these videos actually showcase is that some people should have their licences revoked and undergo an IQ test to see if they're capable enough to be accountable for driving a motorized vehicles and the other thing is that police and government overall should be strict about the law and increase the punishments/tickets for incompetent driving
