i know this comment is a year old but that's one thing i don't get about some of these clips. They are traveling well over the speed limit and blame others.
Dude legit runs stop sign and gets mad at the person who stopped.
He did a rolling stop (which everyone does) and he had right of way bc he got there first. Go throw ur liscense in the nearest garbage

Not coming to a complete stop when there is a line is running a stop sign. If you're going to say I'm wrong, look up the law first.
@@Vibe4Lyfe rolling stops are by definition not legal, CHP will pull you over. Just because "everyone does it" doesn't mean it's LEGAL.

You are absolutely correct..this guy is the exact type of biker I hate..that does the wrong and still thinks he's in the right and every other motorist is at fault..unfortunately so many bikers have a similar mentality..sad truth

@0:18 that is a 4-way stop sign, the rider was in the wrong it was not his turn to go the SUV had the right of way. they stop all most at the same time, yet the SUV stop just before the rider did, but the SUV did not have the flashing yellow light that turn red at the sign like the ride did, correct me if I am wrong?

Liquor Chronicles, and I rarely say this, needs his motorcycle license or endorsement revoked. His attitude and poor ridership will get either himself or someone else injured or killed. I have rarely seen such a blatant disregard for safety on these compilations, and that's saying something!

Btw, depending on what state you live in, you still even on a yellow had the right of way. The truck driver did not. Hopefully the insurance process goes smoothly for you and that you are back to riding soon.....
Not your fault but that was still avoidable. Unfortunately you can't control other people but we can definitely learn how to mitigate their stupidity or mistakes. Remember at night and in the rain you might as well be cloaked like the predator because NOBODY is going to see you. Not worth beating that yellow because as you found out it's really easy to drop the bike in the wet if you need to take evasive action. This is a good learning experience you can look back on and dissect what you might have been able to do different so you'll be safer the next time you get caught in similar circumstances. Glad you were alright though.
I don't mean to sound like a dick, but that was SOOO damn close to a red light... It pretty much turned red as you were crossing the stop line. You should have had plenty of time to stop, even though it was raining. Just glad it didn't end as bad as it could have for you. ✌️
your only real mistake was being hasty, idk bout ur state but in mine that is "running a red" and you would be held the one liable

If you pause the video around 13:40 for the biker that "couldnt see the registration number", you could see the plate if you go frame by frame. Its 0E22NFH.

2:20 Well technically they both ran a red. There both at fault. The only thing is that the truck did in fact pull across 3 lanes which is illegal. On top of that the truck needs to yield to traffic, since he is turning on a red. Not to mention he might have a no turn on red as well. It’s interesting to see what insurance says!
Uh incorrect unfortunately, the biker had the yellow light. And even still, you can’t cut past 3 lanes like that, when you pull out you have to stay in your lane and THEN signal
@@gavin7261 He indeed ran a red light. I’ve seen this in court a million times. The judge would have ruled he ran a red. The law states for it to be considered a yellow your back tire has to be past the white line which at 2:16 you can clearly see his front wasn’t even past the line and the light was red.
@@Squidwardtortaline ehhhhhhh no not really, he was correct it was yellow when he arrived at the intersection and couldn’t brake. Be sure to watch 2:15 very carefully brodie. I’ve seen in courts and plenty attorneys rule the cars that pulled out incorrectly at fault. It’s at really simple concept really, you pull out in the lane closest to you. It’s slam dunk 100% fault for the truck.
Idk how things work in your country, but here in america this is how it works
@@gavin7261 I live in America bro lol I guess it can also depend on the state. But I’m my state that’s considered a red. And trust me that truck is at fault for jumping to the third lane but depending on the judge he can claim that bike ran a red.
@@Squidwardtortaline I mean, the only issue with that statement is saying he ran the red … it was clearly yellow till he got past the intersection. And also the courts and insurance companies take weather into consideration as well

Ok, just saying, if you ride in the middle of a lane and not where the car tires hit the pavement then lay down the bike due to oil, debris or whatever, it's on you. It's quite literally one of the top 10s of the Dos and Don'ts of riding. Kinda like "On road tires DO NOT turn on wet leaves, gravel/sand or any kind of debris on pavement"
When you take your biking test and CBT they have you in the middle of the road unless turning
