OAHU IN 8K - Shot on RED Epic W Helium by Jordan Thiem

The goal in this film was to compose every shot so that it could stand alone as a print photo. Looking at the final cut I think I got pretty close to achieving that goal. Oahu is simply beautiful. A lot of people shit on Oahu because of its population, "its not the real Hawaii". I beg to differ. Will be back soon. Mahalo.

Awesome! Just curious why you went with the Xeen 24 / 35 and not Xeen 24 / 50 ?? I currently have these two lenses and am debating on the xeen 85 or 125 to complete the set. Lastly, which polarizing filter do you use? And any other ND filters for the other shots?? Thank you!!

Thanks! For this, I knew I was mostly shooting landscapes so I chose to stay wide with the 24 and 35. If it were more focused on an individual or people, I would have used the 50 or 85. I LOVE the 85. For the matte box I used Schneider filters 4x5.65, and on smaller lenses I stick with Tiffen variable ND filters. Thanks!
