I have the very opposite memory of this game. I absolutely knew it existed as soon as it was released, and saved up my money for weeks to get it. I got home and was heartbroken. I don’t know what I expected, but this wasn’t it. I own the cart still, and over the label is written “This game sucks” in permanent marker that I wrote as a very upset young man. 😂 I have played it a few times as an adult and while I don’t think it’s terrible, it’s was definitely terrible use of $40 when you’re a kid with extremely limited funds!
The spirit of the angry video game nerd is within this comment. How many times did we get “scammed” as kids by the back of the box or from them making the game sound so fun in Nintendo power/gameinformer? 😂 I wonder if kids today still have this experience lol
@@dgoodin24a lot of “3D” GBA games used it. My favorite games from childhood were the string of GBA Sims games that did the same thing, weren’t really Sims games, more of story games that allowed you to place furniture and monitor your bladder. Still love them and the pixel art style.

I hope not with all the videos you can look up, I hated taking a game home only to see it is terrible @ethanstiles948
I remember GBA games were like 20-30. If you paid $40 for this, God bless you!
I had GBC Nascar Heat and somehow actually had fun with that.
@@tylermathis-kx7pu I think you’re right actually. Maybe $40 if you count tax and all the soda/candy I probably bought with it 😂
Imagine playing on the fantasy tracks in nr2003. They would probably be more fun then tbh
Holy hell you unlocked a childhood memory
OMG my childhood, I've emulated and my dad owned the game like 2 weeks after it was released and gave me it
These videos are great. It reminds me how excited we got over games back then.
Isometric Perspective
Ah dang, thank you

It’s called an isometric racing game
I love jeff Gordon. And I love William Byron! Team 24 for life!
I remember this vividly
Anyways love the videos brother, keep up the amazing work 😊
Looks kinda like that crappy Cars game you played somewhat recently.
Stupid Question, which version of nascar heat 2002 do you prefer playing?
The original Xbox version is the best because it’s the most like Dirt to Daytona. But they are all pretty “meh.”
Played the hell out of this all of 2002-2003
@dgoodin24 just wanted to tell you and everyone here that Jesus Christ Loves You! God Bless! ✝️❤️🙏
