What will improve colors when viewing backlit birds? I was using myVortex HD Diamondback for parakeets in Florida , and could not see the various colors. The highlighted note in your video State they are actually ED.
This is good timing! I was looking into surprising my wife with an upgraded pair of binoculars. These seem like a great option since they seem a bit nicer than her current Prostaff 3s 10x42. My question: with our budget (around $300ish) is better to opt for improved glass quality (ie:the ED glass on these Oberwerks) or increased range like the 10x50mm? I may be wording this question ignorantly so hopefully that makes sense!
I would normally say better glass unless the added range is something you’re really looking for. These actually come in a 10x42 as well though so why not do both?

Oberwerk is well known in the astronomy community. The conditions are usually more demanding when observing the sky.
Nice review, thanks for sharing!🤗
Im on my third set or large Oberwerks, great company and service all shipped internationally without a hitch.
Those awesome binoculars must work really well.
You guys are great. Good stuff.
Thank you!

What smartphone adapter are you using with your binoculars? And does it play with with a triple camera smartphone setup?
