Kristen Hannah is such an underrated author. Her book Firefly Lane is one of my favorite books that I have ever read of all time! it's a tear jerker for sure. it is also supposed to be adapted as a movie!!
I loved Chasing Lucky by Jenn Bennett. I was able to get an ARC copy from Netgalley earlier this year and fell in love. I also follow her on Twitter and saw that she partnered up with a small independent bookstore in Georgia and I preorder a copy from there and got the book signed and a beautiful art print.
I’m currently reading Horrid and it’s great! House of Dragons, The Inheritance Games and Kingdom of the Wicked are def on my TBR. And I’m getting Among the Beasts & Briars and These Violent Delights in book boxes!
Love & Olives kinda gives me Mamma Mia vibes. Very loosely though. But I'm excited to read it. And I haven't actually completely read any of the books you hauled but I'm currently reading Instant Karma.

I have read kingdom of the wicked and i really really loved it. The enemy to lovers trope works for me so there was that plus i immensely enjoyed the paranormal setting. Highly recommended!!

I think you would like the seven sisters series by Lucinda Riley. It’s about six sisters who just lost their father. They are all adopted and their father leaves them clues to their heritage. They are all named after the seven sisters in mythology but merope is missing. Each book is in a different sisters point of view and their story. You get to travel all around the world and go into what it was like in the past. I really think you should check it out, I’m sure you’d enjoy it.
Jenna Evans Welch wrote another book that has food in the title. Olives can be counted as food. 👍 If you want another historical fiction that is set in Far East Asia (Philippines to be specific), then I recommend Bone Talk by Candy Gourlay. 👍

I recently finished Crazy Stupid Bromance and tbh this series gets better with every book :) can't wait for the next one (it really seems like a long time until the release though) Thank you for introducing me to this amazing series!
I just finished The Inheritance Games last night! I read it in only 2 sittings, it was so good and I couldn't put it down. It leaves you with a cliffhanger, so I can't wait for the next book to come out sometime next year!
I really wish I could read as much as you do! I feel like there are so many things I want to get to but never have to the time. I will definitely be grabbing Rebel Rose though!
If you're wanting to read more Kristin Hannah, you should definitely read The Great Alone! Winter Garden is also great. I'm hoping to get to Comfort & Joy this Christmas as well.

Rebel Rose sounds amazing! I think Disney has me hooked again lol I finished my first Twisted Tale and enjoyed it, but not this series also sounds amazing as a Disney fan and history major!
If you want historical fiction set in Asia, try the Library of Legends. I just finished it, and it was so good. I highly recommend it, especially to those who love historical fiction centering around WWII. This is a part of history that I had no knowledge of before I started this book, and it is just a fascinating story of what The Chinese did to preserve education and their culture in the late 1930s. The author drew on real stories she heard growing up from her father, her mother, and her uncle, who were growing up in China at the time.

Just had to pop in to say you must read Legendborn! It takes place on a college campus, although the main character is there as part of an early college program and just 16. I really enjoyed this book and can't wait to continue the series!

Since you like the 20's, you should read Gods of Jade and Shadow! It's set in the 1920s in Mexico (from what I remember!) It's very good, it's my current read and I'm enjoying it so far!
