    Ingredients - Raw Mango Pickle
    Raw Mango (Kairi) - 2 kg (4 medium sized)
    Fenugreek seeds - 1/3 cup
    Fennel seeds - 2 table spoon
    Black Mustard seeds - 2 table spoon
    Cloves - 10 to 12
    Nigella sativa - 2 table spoon
    Turmeric powder - 2 table spoon
    Salt - 1/3 cup
    Red Chili powder - 1/3 cup
    Asafoetida - 1 + ½ tsp
    Edible oil - 1 liter

    कच्चा आम - २ किलो (४ मध्यम आकार​)
    मेथी दाना - १/३ कप​
    सौंफ - २ चम्मच​
    राइ - २ चम्मच​
    लोंग - १० से १२
    कलोंजी - २ चम्मच​
    हल्दी पाउडर - २ चम्मच​
    नमक - १/३ कप​
    लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/३ कप​
    हींग - १ + १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
    खाद्य तेल - १ लीटर​
