Ingredients - Raw Mango Pickle
Raw Mango (Kairi) - 2 kg (4 medium sized)
Fenugreek seeds - 1/3 cup
Fennel seeds - 2 table spoon
Black Mustard seeds - 2 table spoon
Cloves - 10 to 12
Nigella sativa - 2 table spoon
Turmeric powder - 2 table spoon
Salt - 1/3 cup
Red Chili powder - 1/3 cup
Asafoetida - 1 + ½ tsp
Edible oil - 1 liter

मेथी दाना - १/३ कप
सौंफ - २ चम्मच
राइ - २ चम्मच
लोंग - १० से १२
कलोंजी - २ चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - २ चम्मच
नमक - १/३ कप
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/३ कप
हींग - १ + १/२ छोटा चम्मच
खाद्य तेल - १ लीटर
