Your deck is basically same as the first version of my celebi build. From my experience, it struggles to break through the very common decks like druddigon/gyarados ex and gets obliterated by mewtwo ex/mew ex or pikachu ex decks. Celebi ex's lackluster early game firepower combined with the slow pace of serperior makes early game painful. Think about using lilligant, and then we talk about a balanced, viable team in this meta.
The game of chance on this game is very bad. If the stupid AI wants you to win, you will win. The coin toss is usually very bad. Most of the time it is tail. There was a few times when I got six out of six tails on celebi. It's even worst when you use it on solo battles. And then there is the chance on getting Serperior. Most of the time, you never even get to the second stage evolution and the game is already over.
