I’m going to the raps game tonight vs Miami. I’m praying for a close game. Scottie and RJ go off. Jakobe looks awesome. Yak gets 20/10 and we lose by 1 point. We need to get another top pick. Give Masai and Bobby a shot at a top five pick and they will find gold. It’s a for sure thing. I’m content drafting Maluach at 6-10 pick. If we land the third pick maybe we trade down to 5-6 and still get our man. Bobby and Masai are really smart. They know we need another piece. But they are not hardened killers. They have a hard time pulling the plug and sending their soldiers out to battle short handed. But they need to grow a pair, do what’s right. Trade yak NOW If we get a first round pick and a second whatever . Just do it. It’s not even about what we get from the trade. It’s about what the trade will get us in the 2025 draft. Now if we can somehow get cooper Flagg….. win the lottery. Well damn. Then maybe you look at trading RJ. Because we can’t start everyone. But Flaggs D will clean up a lot of mistakes. I’m a big believer in the raptors not learning ther mistake. If the raptors really wanted to tank they would have let Scottie take his time with the injury and sit him out more.
I think the raps did choose tank. Bruce has been ready to come back for a while but is still sitting. I see no reason for that other than for tanking purposes.
