hi!! for your peppermint oil, since you have a roller end, it's the most helpful when you roll it on your temples for headaches!! it is much more effective than when you smell your hands :)

Also peppermint eucalyptus, helps for headaches if you rub it on your temples and on the back of your neck, as well as drinking extra amounts of water if you can
