While waiting to debut, he formed a rap group called 3Racha w/ two other trainees, Changbin & Han. They wrote/produced their own music. After several years as a trainee, Bang Chan was given the unusual opportunity to help develop his own group (which was done through a survival show, but Bang Chan pretty much got to hand-pick his own members - again, HIGHLY unusual). When Stray Kids was formed, 3Racha was absorbed into the group. 3Racha writes/produces (and often composes/arranges) the vast majority of the music for Stray Kids. Over time the other members have also gotten involved in writing/production. 3Racha still writes for themselves/performs on occasion. I agree with all @KimRobinson's suggestions. God's Menu was their first international hit, 2020, so is good place to start, and Walkin On Water is their latest with a 90s boom bap, hip hop vibe. S-Class is a good example of their ability to throw multiple genres together and make it work. Pick any song, they only do bangers!
