Something I've noticed, is of you know "that person" that ALWAYS seems so positive, CHECK UP ON THEM. So many people seem positive but are struggling silently. So thanks for the honesty!     For the oat shake i really recommend adding some almond milk and making it into a waffle or pancake batter!!! That’s literally how i make mine

      I was vegan for 1.5 years your body kinda regulates after a few months. Also taking a probiotic helps

    Can you make a “cake” recipe which is a bit more crumbly in texture ? I’m not a fan of the fudgy and soft texture but would love to bake something healthy..

    How do u guys stay and keep ur diet so well? Don’t u guys feel like u wanna eat like normal food sometimes? Even vegan chocolate chip muffin or something like that. Its so hard to keep me away from those temptations. And even if i follow your diet well, most of time I over eat like too much bc i feel empty and just ..lack of something. Could u please make video about these issue if you guys also had similar struggle before? I have been following ur diet since jan this year but i had so many times that i ate sth that i should not eat and it break me out so i regret it but i just repeats again. Its like never ending cycle. I want to be like u guys... you follow your diet so well...

      Star Moon you should never restrict yourself like they do. they obviously have disordered eating habits and eat a very unbalanced diet. do not follow their advice... you NEED fat and protein!!

      julia catherine they don’t restrict look at their former videos. there is nothing wrong with eating healthy and getting excersise. their bodies look healthy and usually people with eating disorders feel insecure to share with others eaithwr their bodies, what they eat or both. besides there are people who just simply don’t enjoy eating unhealthy foods.

    I have a question! I really want to eat this way, but I have pcos. I've been told that pcos can make you insulin resistant and that HCLF is harmful for it! Alot of info I find says I should eat high fat. Help?

      Ca'rin Wixom a lot of doctors put pcos people on low carb diets, so i definitely wonder if hclf would harm you. I think it depends on the person!

      Lecarrow Equestrian no. They don’t eat any fats. They do make banana milk which is bananas and water.

      krissy but it comes from almonds which are nuts. They don’t eat fats so they don’t eat nuts.

      Its impossible not to eat any fats as there are tiny amounts even in foods like sweet potatos and oats - they just eat very low amounts of fat. If you look at the fat content on a package of almond milk there isnt very much fat - if you were only having a small amount.
      It would be interesting if nina and randa entered their daily food intake into something like cronometer which would tell us exactly how much fat they are eating.

      krissy yeah that’s what I meant. They’re getting fat from the food that they eat but just don’t consume things like nuts or avocados bc that’s too high in fat so their face will break out. They said that they don’t count their calories so therefore they don’t put it in chronometer but you’re right it would be interesting

      I Burger lavash bread from Trader Joe’s or Walmart has no oil. Cut and bake in a silicon sheet. Voila!

    Does almond milk breaks our skin out? I drink unsweetened almond breeze since its just 3% ish fat in 1 cup but um suddenly i feel like .. i am afraid if i should not do this.

    NOoooOoOo! I keep seeing videos where people put their tortillas in the microwave. They’re much better in a pan on the stove and they don’t take much time either. They get much softer and bendy that way.

      You could probably substitute the oat flour in the muffins for other non gluten grain flour eg rice flour or buckwheat flour

    Vegan is a little easier on women because of what soy does to the male body (and yeah, you can just not eat soy but that removes a lot of things) but also, the reasearch is now showing that vegan diets start with immediate health benefits but long term erode your hormonal levels and ability to produce hormones which compromises the immune system and leads to a much more unhealthy human. Also the amount of land necessary to farm the food vegans eat kills billions of animals a year.
    I think you’re beautiful people and I hope you live well. I just have a different opinion based on different research. Good luck 🍀

      Side note. A blended banana is terrible for you. The process the banana goes through when you chew it and swallow chunks of fiber is part of the health benefit of a banana. Because of this, weight watchers counts a banana as 0 points, but a blended banana is 8 points. Which is about 1/5 the daily intake of a 280 lb 55 yr old man 💀

      Sorry I don’t mean to be a mood killer. But the reason your diet cleared your skin could potentially (not saying this is what it is) be because your hormonal levels have reduced (not a good thing) thanks to the diet. I hope you two are getting tests. Good luck to you.

      @@dansir4102 I think you should make sure your studies are peer reviewed and replicated. It's a misconception that soy products are harmful to men, and vegan men have the same free hormone levels as nonvegan men with a lower incidence of ED. There are also no Perry reviewed studies that show any diet to be more healthy than a vegan diet. I'd be more than happy to send you some studies and videos on studies I'd you would like ☺

      Clara Baby it’s basically just banana oatmeal because you add the oats then the water and then the banana is just mashed up in it so it’s not really that bad in my opinion
