I must have watched close to 100 hours of this channel since my son was born a month ago. I watch it with him now in my lap, and I can't wait to one day share my love of the movies you guys talk about every day. Thanks for the many hours of entertainment. This channel is 1 in a million. Keep it up 👍
My personal top 10. 1. Schindler's List 2. E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial 3. Jurassic Park 4. Jaws 5. The Color Purple 6. Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade 7. Minority Report 8. Close Encounters of the Third Kind 9. Saving Private Ryan 10. Ready Player One
10. Amazing Stories 9. E.T. 8. Temple of Doom 7. Raiders 6. Jurassic Park 5. Saving Private Ryan 4. Close Encounters 3. Schindler's List 2. Last Crusade 1. Jaws
I think Empire of the Sun is my favorite of Spielberg's films, it just hit me the right way and means so much to me. Also it makes a great double feature with Hayao Miyazaki's The Wind Rises.
Loved this episode so much! Spielberg was my favorite Director growing up and is still in my Top 5 directors today! I respect all of y’all’s lists because no list can be wrong BUT not one of y’all had Hook on y’all’s Top 10?! UNSUBSCRIBED!!! It’s so fun and magical. Robin Williams & Dustin Hoffman are great in it!
Good discussion!! But Please!!!, Watch Saving Private Ryan after any other of his films and tell me this is not #2!!! JAWS of course is my #1. Shindlers List #3 E.T. #4 Raiders Of #5 Jurassic Park #6 All the rest on the same par.... except AI!😅
So The Color Purple wasn't on anyones list. A classic movie like that? Amistad? War Horse? Munich? Lincoln? All these movies are Oscar nominees. They are all critically acclaimed. Yet they aren't on any of your lists. All you did in this video is give 4 reviews of the same movies, with the exception of a few. You could of had one person do the list and it pretty well would have been the same. You obviously all have the same interests which is great but makes for a pretty boring podcast. There is only so many times you can hear about how great Minority Report is. Maybe try and have a more diverse list with different opinions. It would be more entertaining. I watched this whole podcast thinking it was going to get interesting, what a waste of time.......Is Goonies considered a Spielberg movie?
@@raidersofthelostpodcast_ yes I realize there is different opinions but when you have 4 different people reviewing the same movies it's not interesting. At the first of the video you were talking like you guys were going to have very different opinions but it ended up you all had pretty well the same. I know that everyone likes different movies for different reasons but you all liked the same movies which is fine but what's the point of just agreeing with each other all through the podcast. I really don't care which movies you liked I just wish there would have been more variety. That's all. That's just my opinion. Maybe you can respect that.
@@ermertieplug no The problem is you’re making it about you and what you want. With all due respect thank you for watching but you can’t put your opinions and feelings onto others
@@raidersofthelostpodcast_ About me? I'm talking about your podcast. It's called criticism. If you don't want feedback on your podcast then why do you have a comment section? If everyone had the the same opinion then your comment section would be as lame as your podcast. But I guess you missed my point. Good Luck.
