Theres usually the option to do a "Clean install" of the driver, but i did not see the option in the video, this often helps with these GeForce Experience problems.
I had this problem for a while now. I finally found this video and the last step is what fixed it for me. You have to delete that cache then uninstall and reinstall. Problem solved! I appreciate the help.

While starting Nvidia localsystem container service, it shows that windows could not start it, the service did not return an error. This could be an internal windows error or an internal service error, If the problem persists , contact your system administrator. What should I do?

Nothing didn`t help me... RESOLVED: I work as frontend developer and I had NODE_ENV option in Environment Variables with "--openssl-legacy-provider". If you have similar problem: 1) Remove this variable; 2) Restart NVIDIA services. Bingo!

I work as frontend developer and I had NODE_ENV option in Environment Variables with "--openssl-legacy-provider". If you have similar problem:
1) Remove this variable;
2) Restart NVIDIA services.
