Shimakaze - chan ... aka the WoWs nightmare.. > :) Too bad they build only one ship of her class ... because under superior Commander a squadron of Shimas * would become a true nightmare of the Pacific war. * Imagine 5 Shimas shooting 75 LONG LANCES in ONE SALVO ... O_O

島風級は1隻しか造られなかったのは、費用がかかり過ぎたのと、対英米戦中就役なので物資不足と言う側面もありましたね。
何せ速力を出す為に、大和級戦艦の半分の出力を出せる機関でしたしなw
排水量は20分1程ですしww 単位排水量で見れば、大和級戦艦より高価な艦艇だよねw

Very nice but the underside should get some weathering too, it's too shiny in comparison to the weathered decks and sides of the ship.
