Just look up "Road Champs BXS Stunt Biking GBC rom" and you should be able to find a rom file of the game.

I think this game is very similar to another Game Boy color title, Mat Hoffman's pro BMX.

It is. This uses the same engine as that game and both were developed by HotGen Studios.
