    Even if they keep him, I think they still need to draft a corner early in the draft or pick up a free agent

    Quay has all the athletic ability in the world. What he doesn’t have is instincts and football smarts. After 3 years, not likely to have the light bulb to go on. Now follow how Cooper, as a rookie reacts. Night and day for a a guy that’s played sparingly. Quay is a 5 yards down the field pile jumper, ala AJ Hawk. Lots of tackles, but on the wrong side of the line of scrimmage

      I think ur being a bit ridiculous. Yes edge is killing it, but quay has a ton of upside he is literally the green dot. U don't get that role unless u have "football smarts" this is downright laughable. U can throw away the last 2 yrs of quay due to our damn defensive coordinator. This is his 1st real yr. Quay can still be elite.

      Also, u do realize someone has to be on the "wrong side" of the line 😂😂😂. We can't blitz everyone . No offense but you don't really understand linebacker I don't think.

      @ I’d like some of what you’re smoking. Anybody can relay what the call is form Haf. I have a flash for you about down the road elite Quay. He’s in the bottom 20% of all LB’s and wouldn’t be playing if he wasn’t a #1 pick (and a bad one at that)

    • @RobertDiCamillo
      @RobertDiCamillo 2 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @ What does that even mean? Who’s talking about just blitzing?How about covering receivers, breaking up screen passes and stopping running backs? If you were paying attention, you would have said, how come Quay can’t do any of those things after3 years? Watch more closely and you’ll understand

    Edgerrin Cooper has the awareness and playmaking ability of a rookie linebacker, and that was on display last Sunday Night when the Green Bay Packers played against the Seattle Seahawks. Edgerrin Cooper led the team with 7 tackles (6 solo), but he also notched a sack, 2 passes defended, and an interception. Perhaps the most impressive part of Edgerrin Cooper’s night was the fact that he had missed the last 3 games due to a hamstring injury. Most young players would try to ease back into the game, and frankly, most would need a week or 2 in order to do so. That wasn’t the case for Edgerrin Cooper, though. He came in with the mindset to play loose and free. That’s the type of confidence that rookie NFL stars have, and Edgerrin Cooper is quickly becoming one for the Green Bay Packers. The only thing that would help his star rise higher would be an interception streak of 2 NFL games, and he’ll secure just that against the New Orleans Saints on Monday Night Football. Go Pack Go 💚💚💛💛

      "He has the awareness of a rookie linebacker" and "that was on display tonight" ...not sure u understand 😂. Edge WASNT playing like a rookie against seattle.....he had a amazing game 😂😂😂. Not sure u fully understand what u wrote 😂😂

      I wonder if he meant veteran linebacker instead of rookie linebacker. BTW, Most his comments are almost long enough to be a book (lol)

    Yeah, I LOVE Walker for his aggressive play and athleticism, but if the strategic light bulb isn't lit,... I'd HATE for that to be the case, but that's the way it goes sometimes.

    I just hope its not another Micah Hyde deal..he was great and went on to Buffalo and played great..slap in the face to G.B.

    I agree with you. Keep[ him. If the team were not going to be in the playoffs for this and hopefully upcoming seasons, I would say trade him, but to be able to pull him out at the end of the season (if he stays healthy) is a nice trick.

    Quay played well the last five games. Rather him play than wilson....We need 4-3 on short yardage running situations downs Cox/Enagbare, with Garys motor and intensity i would bounce him out a lil in OutsideLB coverage, rather than have mcduffie on the field or put gary inside opposite of cooper. With evan williams and mr X /carrington/kiesean/jaire/ we'll be fine in passing situations. Remember Offense has to let defense substitute to match personnel. MY THOUGHTS!

    It is a hard pill to swallow, but I hate to say it, but he injured too much, and for Quay, I don't know? Cooper is way better!!!!! Go Pack Go!!!!!!!!!

    Alexander never plays. He is always injured. Packers need to let him go!

    Quay still has potential to be a big time player. Just not his year. I say give him another year and if no improvement - send him down the road. Alexander is still a keeper- just a struggle to stay healthy and on the field.

    Move on from the best corner we have had in a decade, nah, Gutey needs to prove he can draft db before we start thing of that

    Too much money for a guy that plays one third of each season. Unfortunately they have to let him go.

    Before I give my take on Jaire, I'm gonna state that I am not one to bash the team or coaches at all.. I support them fully.. Am I what's called a homer? probably but it's how I believe fans should be.... That being said, Jaire is very talented no question about that.. What my opinion is is that when Jaire signed his extension, he changed... started getting hurt more... Had a suspension for doing a stupid thing.. He just seems to not want to play anymore.. I could be wrong and I'm really hoping I am and will own up to it if I am.. I just feel it might be best for both sides to find a way to let him leave.. It hurts to say that because he is a true shut down corner but if he's not playing, he's not helping the pack... Just my opinion.... GO PACK GO

    Got no problem moving on from Alexander - lots of talent, but missing too much time (more a third of a season on average) for the big $$!

      Unless rework his deal and make it workable

    • @Caleb-w6l
      @Caleb-w6l 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@packerskingdom902 I can go along with that! Given that Jaire misses about a third of the games, a reworked deal with a one-third pay cut would be fair - Alexander earns the same amount per game that he actually plays. If Alexander doesn't like that, then it's 'so long, been good to know ya!'

    Jaire needs to go .. he might be good a his position but if he's not on the field whats the since in having him .. injury prone .. not sure but the last 2 yrs has been around 50/50 for play verses hurt.

    Jaire. Biggest part ability is availability. He needs to go. Does us no good on the bench. To little production for the checks he is cashing.

      Jaire has got to go! What good is his PFF rating, etc., if he's never on the field? Expensive dead weight, in my opinion.

      He has missed an uncomfortable amount of games for what is financially wrapped up into him
      He is so valuable WHEN available
      But could be too big of a gamble for the WHEN
      I get that

    Jaire is unquestionably a great asset, however, I don't think he wants to stay in Green Bay. If , he wants to move then let him go. The Packers do this crap all the time. Micah Hyde, Rasul Douglass,etc. We draft DB's and let them go . They haven't changed. This franchise is a franchise that a player must have the desire to play here and not in fancy markets.

    Go ahead let him go, you will see him again, covering your receiver..... interception.
    Why do you guys always bring up money when dealing with black players. No one had anything to say when a certain tackle missed a lot of games. And, he made ten times the money. In fact he is still draining the Packers. All the money Rogers squeezed out of the Packers the last few years before he was traded. Go ahead let him go .
