- this was such a long but very productive week for me. The Mmatema Moremi Foundation really kept us on our feet and I am truly grateful.

I resonate with everything you mentioned bwt always being the peace maker and the bigger person. And also when you said that you felt so empty🥺that's how I've been feeling lately, I put everyone and their feelings before mine that now I feel so empty. Now I have taken a conscious decision to take a break, be with my self and refill so that I do not pour from an empty cup. Also from now am going to be mindful on how much and who am pouring into. Am planning to try by all means to put myself first so that I don't run out like now😥
