Here Are The Steps To Download & Install Run Visual Studio Code Windows 7 32 Bit / 64 Bit or Solve VSCode Not Opening
Method 1 Windows 7 64-Bit
1. Click Start Menu
2. Click Control Panel
3. Set "View by" to Category
4. Click Uninstall a Program
5. If You Have Already Installed Microsoft Visual Studio Code That is Not Working Then Select It. Else Skip This Step
6. Click Uninstall
7. Click Yes Button
8. Click OK Button
9. Click Close
10. Open Your Browser
11. Search VSCode Download in Google
12. Click First Link:- code.visualstudio.com/updates...
13. Scroll Down Until You Find 'Get previous versions'
14. Click "Get previous versions"
15. Scroll All the Way Up Until You Find "release notes"
16. Click "release notes"
17. Click the Month 'April 2022' or Anything Below It (I am Clicking on 'April 2022') :- code.visualstudio.com/updates...
18. First, Try to Download and Install the 'User' Executable File by Clicking on It. If It Does Not Work, Then Try the 'System' Executable. If It Also Does Not Work, Then Try the 'arm64' Executable. (I Will Download 'User' Executable File. For Most users, It Will Work. If It Does Not work, Then Try Different)
19. Wait For Download To Finish
20. Open Downloaded File Location
21. Now Double-Click on VSCode Setup File To Install it.
22. Click Run Button, if You See Such Pop-up
23. Click "I Accept the Arrangement" & Then Click Next Button
24. Click Next Button
25. Click Next Button
26. Tick to Select the 'additional Tasks' If You Want
27. Click Next Button
28. Click Install Button
29. Wait For Process of Installation To Finish
30. Click Finish Button This Will Automatically Open VSCode if it Does Not Open Then Manually Open it
31. Done!
Method 2 Windows 7 32-Bit
1. Open Your Browser
2. Search VSCode Download in Google
3. Click First Link:- :- code.visualstudio.com/updates...
4. Scroll Down Until You Find 'Get previous versions'
5. Click "Get previous versions"
6. Scroll All the Way Up Until You Find "release notes"
7. Click "release notes"
8. Click the Month 'April 2022' or Anything Below It
9. Right-click on 'User'
10. If 'User' Does Not Work Then Try 'System'
11. Click 'Copy Link Address' in Chrome, 'Copy Link' in Firefox, or 'Copy Shortcut' in Internet Explorer
12. Open New Tab
13. Right-Click in Address Bar & Click Paste
14. Now Remove x64 From the URL & Hit Enter on Your Keyboard. This Will Automatically Start Downloading: update.code.visualstudio.com/...
15. Wait For Download To Finish
16. Open Downloaded File Location
17. Now Double-Click on VSCode Setup File To Install it.
18. Click Run Button, if You See Such Pop-up

One issue bro!
After the download, when i try to run a code, it says to download an extension of java for vs code. And i downloaded, but it only supports for latest version of vs code..
