To be honest, despite being the celebrity and the fame, the one always under the spotlight, David Beckham, when he put on United shirts, committed better and played better on the field than the likes of Rashford today.

Difference when you listen to these ex pros, even on Simon Jordans show, Incey and Les Ferdinand etc. They had a better work ethic and were more humble. This is an era thing. It takes a strong manager to deal with todays players. You don't have to rant and rave you have yo be a people person. A good manager can say the same message as a poor manager, but its how he says it to how its recieved. More so than ever thats critical.

We can complain about them taking out money but they have also spent more money than most other teams. The problem is the organization of the team such as buying players based off name and not to fit in a set system. We spend big money on players that end up being terrible for us. We could’ve bought Haaland before Salzburg yet didn’t do it. We only needed to spend 10 million on Caicedo didn’t do it. United is a structure less club and that’s the real problem.

Should be the first criteria when signing a player. "Why do you want to play for Man utd?".

It makes sense why you’re seeing more and more footballers playing well into their late 30’s and early 40’s at a high level. There’s not enough committed young players and the old boys’ work ethic means they’re reliable & good enough to keep lazy youngsters out of teams.

it's not ETH's job to motivate the players, it's his job to get the best out of them. He's a good manager but he isn't the right manager for United, it's time for him to leave.

I’ll look forward to the doc but it will have echoes of sadness at what’s become of the club. Time moves on but it’s a reflection of todays players that none of them would get in any of Beckhams united teams

The fact Bruno (who is very negative towards his teammates, so a bad choice to lead anything) was made captain shows what a lack of motivated leaders we have in the squad. 0!

Becks talking facts the players shouldn’t need telling to raise there game by the manager putting that shirt on and walking out at old Trafford should be more than encouragement and if that is not again it’s time for those players to move on

Even the fans have been brainwashed by the players into thinking it's 100% on the manager.
