Hi, the authorized employer of the security personnel which is the agency is responsible for the 13th month pay releasing regardless if client/s have past dues or none. If the agency is not answering your inquiry, we have DOLE to assist in the settlement of the dispute pertaining said benefit. Mas mainam pa din na makipag ugnayan sa agency or employer para sa settlement.

Yes you are entitled. For as long as you have rendered a min of one month work, employee is already entitled to 13th month pay. Hope this helps.

SANA PO MABSA NIO ITO.
kaso po ng asawaq at mga ksma nia. Terminated tlga cla , dahil po low sale out daw po lagi cla. ngaun po ung Binigay n termination letter.
Ay ang nilagay po ng company is AWOL
