Thank you, it’s a bit of a fairytale situation with on / off sleep. The nights I don’t sleep can be very lonely..

What has helped me most were the TrueDark glasses.
I experimented with when to put them on before bed - too soon and I wake up with a melatonin hangover, too late and I miss my best fall asleep time.
But they sure work for me!

Dude, chronic insomniacs have taken every single environmental/sleep hygiene measure there is, and then some, that's what we do, c'mon you know that.

Do you ever discuss electromagnetic radiation from cell phones and blue light from tvs and iPads? All of these interrupt our sleep. Also I found out many people are kept awake by emf's from electrical wiring in the walls, etc. I was having an issue where it felt like I had electric bolts running through my brain all night... keeping me awake. I researched and found out that smart meters can have a very negative effect on our sleep and cause this symptom. We got a smart meter guard that prevents the meter radiation from coming into the house and from the first night on, no more electrical sensations going through my brain!!

I started reading his book, “The Power of When”. He specifically talks about this

Research is not real unless the results are from qualified scientists or doctors.

YESSSSSS so many nights the buzzing electric sounds drive me nuts!! I've just started reading about emr exposure. I can never thank you enough for mentioning it here.

How can I have confidence in what you say when you are not a medical doctor ?

He’s a clinical psychologist and ABSM fellow. I appreciate skepticism but a quick search would show you he is more than qualified to discuss this topic

Teach us to tolerate our differences and accept them in love. Bless those who don't agree with me. In Jesus name. 🙏 🙏
