Why they should select you as a fresher and why not the experience people??? Also have a just basic idea about the safety laws and recent changes in OSH Code. Sir, I am a PSU employee working in safety department for 16 months after getting transfer from production. I am b. Tech in chem engg. I have applied for rli kolkata as a fresher and I got an interview call. Please let me know whether should I show my experience certificate now during interview or should not let them no. I couldn't show them my experience while applying i haven't completed my one year service till then. Please please answer me. Thank you..
See in this case there can be +ve & -ve chances... Case 1: If you show them experience then you have to show attach factory license they may ask and if not they ask then it's good for you. If you show experience in PSU then the chances of cracking the interview are much higher as they prefer more PSU students. Now CASE -2: If you as fresher then there would be fair chances and depending upon your interview they will select you, in this, you would not be required to produce any factory license or and NOC from the factory. So it's your decision how you wanna take it.

But I just have a doubt. if I show my experience during interview, can there be any chance they reject me? As I have not mentioned that I was working when applied. Please guide me as i can't take decision. I have only 16 months experience till date. Hence I am not eligible for the experienced category.
