from my 11 years of owning my 00 ws6 turn signal housing (melts on the top) and connectors fail (just disable DRL) Headlight gears are plastic (buy brass ones) PCV hose deteriorates. I just rebuilt the PCV system with fuel hose. Alternator replacements are 99% crap (on my 6th one) 10 bolts are notoriously weak (replaced mine with an S60) hood and hatch stabilizers (they are like 24 years old lol) Interior cheap plastic easily broken. most the other things are just because its so old, bushings, gaskets, wear items etc. Overall I have had almost no major issues and still looks mint.
I've owned my 97 T/A for 15 years, replaced the dash with a GM part in 2010 with shipping it was about $300.00, my car is always covered and Armour Alled anyway about 7-8 months ago I noticed a small crack in it, it drove me crazy!, I didn't want to put one of those cheap caps over it I finally bit the bullet and purchased a brand new one off E- bay motors, this time to the tune of over $800.00!, but what the hell my car and beer are the only things I spend my money on!
It looks like the car was exposed to the sun which explains the paint and dash problems. I always keep a tarp on mine and it makes all the difference. The doors on mine are fine and I think your car might have also been exposed to people who leaned on the doors before you bought it. I also believe that the door seals on your car are probably as old or older than you and should be replaced. There are several vendors for this online. This is also the result of cold and hot fluctuations in the temperature if you don't garage it. Good video. I also have an auto. thank God.
Someone needs to do a video on common reason car won’t start. Since they are getting ready to turn 24hrs +|- few years. Engines are never the issue. It’s like starter, relay, fuel pump, Bat, or wire
to get around the skip shift, when it engages just slip it through the gates and it will go right in 2nd

Just a set of 19s ESR wheels, I believe in the back they are a 275 and a 255 in the front.
