A great start and a good film, I’m walking the WHW solo and camping in May this year 2024. It will be my first long distance hike with mediocre gear and some health issues, but I’m looking forward to it. So plenty of OCD faff for me to contend with for now, looking forward to your winter WHW series, take care. 👍👍👍

@@WyeExplorer We're not defending ourselves. We're offering an explanation and managing expectations. We're not going to be the type of channel that replies to every single comment all the time. That doesn't mean we don't read and appreciate them all. But if that is what you are looking for from your channels, then we're probably not it. I don't believe we need to apologise for that or defend our decision to manage our channel in a way that works best for us. We don't want it to become our life where we feel anxious about keeping on top of it. There's more to life than what happens online and getting lots of followers, so yes, there are more important things to us than engagement.
