As a Norwegian, i didn’t know how excited people from other parts of the world are when they see Northern lights, but they are indeed really, really beautiful 💕
I'm from the east coast of the US. Am privileged to have traveled far, but never yet to where I could see the aurora, northern or southern. One day I hope!
For the one who is thinking, what it is ?so here it is:- The northern lights, or the aurora borealis, are beautiful dancing waves of light that have captivated people for millennia.
Twenty years ago I remember the first time seeing the Lights flying to Anchorage from Seatac. When the pilot announced that those sitting on the left hand side of the plane would have a great view of them, there was such a concerted scramble from those on the right hand side wanting to see them too, that I’m surprised the plane didn’t flip. It’s a phenomenon that never gets old!

I live in Yakutia. Such a natural phenomenon happens very often here, especially in winter. And it's really beautiful when the northern lights are all over the sky😍🌌

People are calling northern lights a beautiful aurora but the reality is these lights are actually solar/uv Ray's from which our Earth's magnatic field is protecting us !
