- Seth Borden and @ExploringWithJosh explore one of the most haunted places in America - The Old Washoe Club. There are rumors of a dark entity, maybe even a demon, that was supposedly conjured or manifested by a former tour guide, and it now resides in "the red room". All over the building, doors have slammed, people have been scratched on their bodies and faces - many have even seen shadow figures and full body apparitions. It's no question IF the Washoe Club is haunted - the real question is WHAT is really haunting the old millionaire's club? This "demon" has an untold story, and in this episode of Beyond The Dark, Seth and Josh will find the truth behind the stories...

It's sad that the trapped "evil" one will spend eternity looking for Lena. When Lena is just outside in one of the other rooms. Or...... he was the one that killed Lena in the first place. Hired her then fell for her, she didn't have feeling's for him just pretended she did for the money, he flipped and killed her. She stays on the one side of the door knowing he cant get in there. So he's spending eternity looking for her and she's possibly spending eternity hiding from him.
Or it’s a demonic entity disguised as this person because they will not tell they are demonic if they are a demon
Now this changes the entire story. Seen many investigations but because you are an empath (I know it when I see, feel one even over the screen) you get the great responses. One of the reasons I subbed several months ago. 2 thumbs up ☮Keep doing you and don't let people put pressure on you ❣

I could never do this. Not because it’s scary or I might get haunted or followed. But because I would get really depressed coming in contact with these trapped beings who have no idea what to do, where to go, and have no idea how to help themselves. 😢
That's VERY rare... Things don't leave where they reside. Unless you're a medium and allow something to come home with u. Demons r also very rare it's just who we watch seek out dark entities.

Wow!! Possibly the best most clear Estes method I’ve ever seen. Seth , you have such a gift. You both showed so much compassion for these souls and they feel it. I think that’s why they’re willing to talk to you. Off subject, I have watched A LOT of investigations done at Lizzy Borden’s house and I think n it’s important that you know that Lizzy was innocent. I feel it in my gut and numerous spirit boxes revealed the same thing. It was the uncle and the maid. Maybe now that you have so much more experience and intuition you should go back.
When you were doing the estes method I felt so very sad!! I've watched quite a few investigations of the Washoe Club but I truly believe you and Josh have solved the riddle of the Red Room, that poor guy being called evil and demonic when he's really heartbroken over his lost love...so so sad 💔

3:27 They didn't run out of space in the cemetery, the ground was frozen and therefore not dig-able so they stored the bodies through the winter in the cellar of the Washoe Club, because their morgue wasn't big enough.

Ok so my theory is that this evil spirit that has been scratching people and slamming doors basically used to work there and had fallen in love with Lena but since he wasn’t rich enough to win Lena’’s heart he used to get mad at the people coming there and also remember when he said “heartbreak everyday”, he was basically referring to every night when Lena used to go out with other men. So thats why he still upto this date gets mad and annoyed when people walk in. He was so obsessed and in love with Lena that he didn’t leave even after passing away.

I think Sam and Colby came here, but i always like watching different videos from the same places. Every experience is different, there may be a few things that connect them, but there are still different things every time. I also loved the tour guides personalities.

Yo Seth just curious about how you felt watching back the estes method and how it went? I personally feel like this was such a great session there was honestly something quite beautiful about the constraints that love can have on people even after their lives come to an end.
it was incredible to watch back during editing because of the way it actually made sense. i mean i’ve never heard anything like this before. whether it’s 100% the true story of this spirit or not, we’ll probably never know. but the conversation is still evidence and something to consider nevertheless.
the estes method has always been my favorite for this reason. it lets you communicate in a way that nothing else really does. i think i’ve gotten really good at picking out whatever words i hear while i’m under too. idk, it’s fun and really helps keep me interested in this whole paranormal thing because i just wanna keep digging for clues.

Sounds a bit like the negative male voice could be so possessive over Lena he’s overrode her voice and attacks to keep people to keep them away. Less “love” (wanting the best for Lena); more controlling. Like he won’t even leave her alone now she’s dead. Maybe why she stays away from the red room?

I am binge watching your haunting videos. It is interesting how differently you guys interpret the ghost voice app, in all the videos, than I do. I am at 17:19 of the video and I think the "Please take care" meant for YOU to be careful of danger and the "Circle" referring to the summoning circle rumor the tour guides mentioned. I am curious to see if you come to that conclusion later or if I am wrong. Just need to make sure I have everything I need before I continue. Got my popcorn and balls of steel. Yup I'm ready.
