The violent producer that was neutralized by the joint police and military team, and would have been alleged to be one of the perpetrators and triggerman in the murders of 8 individuals and 3 counts of shooting with intent in the Cherry Tree Lane community of the Clarendon division, was known and wanted by the police for his quite sometime for his involvement in contract killings for hire, shooting with intent and murder in the division. It is obvious that he was not highly sorted after and as a result was left to terrorise the communities. It took two days to bring this accuse man to justice after he committed the most savage act the division has ever experienced. The question is why this accused man was not captured or neutralized by the police back then. Why it took a directive from the Prime Minister, after the accused committed terrorism for the police to neutralize this man in 2 days. Where was the effort back then?
