As everyone else has been saying this song is just a combination of Chris and Bryan, but in some other songs they've had Ricky do cleans, and they had Ryan do some vocals on one or two songs. Apparently Justin does a lot of live vocals as well. Ryan and Ricky are their guitarists and Justin is their bassist.
Glad you checked this out!! I love heavy motionless in white and I can not wait for this album!! Btw the new Bleed From Within song is out too and it's a certified banger!
Love Motionless in White. Great reaction dude! I'm stoked to hear who's UNFD's classified release they posted on their socials today. Been seeing loads of people saying it's October Ends
We got 2 breakdowns which means the track is 20/10 i mean it's just basic arithmetic after all, double the filthy breaking, double the rating as our lord intended.
I can't be the only one who hates the cleans! Like they're ok but why so much husstle? Anyway... Any idea who's UNFD's classified release? 🧐 Think they're trying to do something about the fact that Northlane is independent now and they've found a band to put their focus on. Heard it's October Ends
I'm pretty certain Brian screams "Break Down The Wall Again", the 2nd verse and the "One mutilation under god". Plus the 1st part of the ending section. Rest is Chris. Could be wrong though, but I feel confident in saying this.
The scream "One mutilation under god" it's definitely Chris, I'm a big fan of Motionless In White and I've already heard that scream on some of MIW songs
Hate me, but I can't stand Bryan's vocals/screams. It hurts my ears. Maybe it's the highs? I don't know. It's just my personal taste. 😬 But the song itself is huuuuge!
Don't worry about it, Bryan's voice is definitely an acquired taste so don't sweat it. It took me a long while and a couple of arf arf's to get used to it and now I'm sold of them. But I understand why you can't stand it because it does sound like that one annoying kid on the other side of the street raging about something LOL
I think a part of it may be how Bryan’s vocals are mixed/produced. I don’t listen to Knocked Loose since I have never been keen on his vocals. After this song where a really enjoyed his feature, I gave their newest EP a try, but I didn’t enjoy his vocals on there nearly as much as K enjoyed them here, and I think it is because of how they were mixed differently
I'm with you on this one. I've been a MIW fan for over 10 years, loving practically every song they put out. But this, this just isn't it for me. And it isn't Chris. It's the other dude on the track. Everything about his voice is nails on a chalkboard to me. Sadly this track will just be an instant skip for me whenever I buy the album. It is what it is.
I felt the same way about his screams when I first listened to Knocked Loose.. but I guess, at some point I felt the same way about any screams when I was first starting to listen to heavier music. It's just something you get used to until you find yourself enjoying it. For me, I listened to A Tear In The Fabric of Life countless times just because the breakdown alone is just so filthy.. And I eventually started to like Brian's voice. It definitely was like nails on a chalkboard, but now I feel like it goes well with the really manic, messy sound of hardcore. It sounds like the vocal embodiment of angst and frustration.
This song is just not good. I mean, it is heavy but I’m very big on old MIW because they were extremely hungry and they just weren’t afraid of experimenting. This song is eh compared to Black Damask or Puppet 2 or the entirety of Creatures. If you like the industrial sound you should definitely listen to Infamous. That record is amazing and I think is what MIW always strived to be in terms of sound but were to afraid to explore it because of the backlash they got from the record at the time, mostly for it being too industrial in a time in which heavy scene music was at its peak and that’s all people wanted. They completely abandoned that idea of the band being true to themselves and started to adapt to the trends and call it “our truest form” but of course it has worked. I mean I remember this band play basements with 0 lighting game and their shows are just top notch nowadays so props to them on that but like I said, musically they just have nothing interesting to offer past Reincarnate.
that "eye for an eye!" line always gets me.
It’s large!
That and "One mutilation under God"
Still to this day brother, unreal!
Seeing them in February and I can’t wait for this

That was Bryan from the start. You can pick his voice out anywhere.
Yeah now I can 😂
Bryan is the very first voice you hear plus he has a very distinctive voice you so can tell the difference between him and Chris
There is a vocals only track of this song that MIW released. On that video, it shows who is singing which parts.
Oh sweet!

Actually the last deep breakdown is Chris and the same with the god part anything with really high is Brian .
@@dudeplease3852 The 1st part of the last breakdown I'm pretty certain isn't Chris.

You can see a very coherent explanation of who screams what on the genius lyric page, love when that's defined there
