Jon - great stuff. I have been a fan of the swarming concept for awhile. I feel there are many "new positive lessons" to be learned from the swarming experience. One that you mentioned - is increased cost. I feel that is a temporary ... and the longer you swarm the faster you actually spread real knowledge - and not just knowledge articles. Junior people learn "technique/pace/empathy" strategies that will never exist in a knowledge article. End result - more effective juniors earlier in their career. Basically - I am a big fan of swarming. Thx for your video.

It really is! But that said, it's often something that's going on anyway... it's just never really formalised in tooling and documented processes.
That is exactly why it is interesting.
