A RL professional technique...at the 8:30 mark where you head straight for the furball...don't drive into the center of the fight. Put the fight at 10 or 2 o'clock to isolate the threats. Also, getting into a turning fight with I-16s is less than optimal (I also have that T-shirt) as you found out when you managed to "trap" every single surviving one of them at your 6 o'clock but couldn't out run them. Salute!

Have you ever encountered an issue where enemies would only focus on you and ignore everything, end up having like 10 planes at your six, yet the escorts ain't helping much? It's literally unplayable. I watched some of your 109 F4 videos but it doesn't seem to be the case. I reckon you somehow fixed it?

Ah! I should have said "I've stopped playing PWCG for a while now" because of the AI issues you mentioned above. You can start fighter-career without much problems but it's hard to play attacker or bomber career missions in current version of PWCG. Sorry for the confusion. These days I play PWCG only for Rise of Flight and Built-in campaign for Battle of Moscow to unlock skins.
