Being Kargili my opinion is that we shouldn't have any problem with construction of Gonpa at kargil ....with this attitude how we can expect good will from others...not only this issue but the issue of kargili taxi drivers who's r not allowing to visit any internal route of leh should also be solved in a diplomatic way ....
