Dear Slyvia, I love ALL your video tutorials, and this one is no exception. I have a question for you if you get a chance to answer, that would be fantastic! I do hair, so naturally, I do my own hair. When I was coloring my hair this last time, things went VERY wrong. Things were going brilliantly until I decided to add some highlights to my already colored level 9N hair. I got too close to the root, BIG mistake, and I ended up with hot roots, then to make matter worse, I tried to bleach them out, and everything was just one big fat FAIL! I'm surprised I have any hair left at all! I haven't been this upset since hair school when i discovered the dangers of letting fellow students highlight my hair that had never worked with foils. I use the bayalage (totally misspelled) technique now that you show in your videos because to me, it just looks better, and it's so much easier to do by myself. My question to you is this: How can I safely color my hair back to a darker blonde? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I want to go darker for the winter, and my hair pulls red which I noticed even more so when I used the 9N. I've been using Color Brilliance by ion and Wella toners as well. My hair pulls gold and red like I said, and I am naturally about a 6lvl. I would like to stay blonde, but I want it to be healthy again. I'm SO MAD at myself because my hair was so healthy bc I stopped bleaching it for 3 yrs. HELP PLEASE! I know you are extremely busy, but I'm running out of hats to wear and I want to love my hair again. Thank you so much for all your videos that must take an enormous amount of time and effort to do. I also wash it every 4 days and deep condition every week. the purple shampoo i use is Shimmer Lights by Clairol, but I don't even use it that often. After I wash it, it usually feels smooth for a day or two, but then it goes back to feeling dry and dead. PLEASE HELP ME. How do I keep moisture in it???!??!?! (I'm not willing to spend too much on it either)

it's not drugstore, you'll have to order it, but I got some Costal Scents eyeshadow for christmas, I love it! they do the dupe palletes for the UD naked ones. they're 20$! and the pigment is AWESOME! Hands down BEST dupes!:)

Yes girl! T18 is the best to use! I am ado about a level 7 and I bleach my roots once and tone with t18. Hope it worked out for ya! 😊
