Just picked up my Bobber today with the same pipes. Had RC's on my 17 Scout. The Rineharts are a big improvement and really match the look of the bike.

They just need to be shorter, but Rhinrhart has the right sounds, deep rumble and just the right amount of noise.

dude I love this. sold me on the rineharts. Was thinking of v&h but the rineharts sound so much richer, bassy and meaner. the v&h sound rough, and unfocused. Thanks so much for the video!

Wow! That sounds great..I was trying to decide between this and the Vance and Hines but after listening with a good set of headphones (over the ear) I'm loving these for my bobber!

Any idea what the decibel levels are with these Rinehart's on your Scout Bobber?
Hi, do you have any dB killers inside this exhaust? How much noise it generate (could you check it with sound meter)?
Love the bike Ryan and may be getting one soon ... question on the Rineharts. Are there baffles already in the cans when you buy them? Also, have you heard the V&H slash cuts with the stock baffles in them as a comparison in real life? I'm curious which is louder and which has a deeper tone? Thanks!
Lou V thanks man, I actually don’t know the answer regarding the rinehart baffles. part of my deal with the purchase was having the dealer install, and they were loud and great from the beginning so I never checked. I’ve since sold the bike. I never heard the V&H in person. I can tell you unequivocally the rineharts sound unreal and turn heads wherever you take them. One of the best sounding setups I’ve heard, TH-cam doesn’t do a justice...and they get better over time
Appreciate it Ryan. Now do they (or did they ... sell? Why? Wifey? ) turn heads because they were ungodly loud or just a deep, nice sound? I wonder if the GoPro's and hi-end action cameras tend to deepen & smooth the sound a bit over real life?? Would you say that the video heard over a set of external decent speakers is representative of real life?
Lou V wifey indeed :) she wants to ride and apparently I’m not allowed three bikes haha.... the video is an accurate portrayal of the sound, they are definitely loud but I love them that way, very throaty sound, I did used to wear ear plugs, but forgot them many times and it wasn’t an issue. the new bikes is nowhere near as loud, again for the wifey....
Best sounding slipons for the scout, have mine ordered..please don't rev the s**t out of it, does not make it sound good, real world driving like you did shows true sound
I'm curious, does the black match the matte black? I have the one with a matte white and matte black. I want it so bad but just cant tell if they match.
Is it possible to have/make the exhoust shorter (to be ended on the modlę of rear wheel?

Thomas Nunn I believe so, best to check with the dealer but they are very similar to stock pipes
I want pipes that have that nice snap crack between shifts. May straights only
Foxxtrott1100 I have to shoot and post a better video on these pipes. They’ve gotten better with age and tune. Doesn’t matter where I take the bike - it is the best sounding and turns heads
Ryan Karchner ya I like the look of and sound of theses and the V&H. However based on the videos I've found the Trask sounds most like a Harley. These are pretty close as well

What rpm does it idle at? I'm curious, as an Octane owner, sounds slower and maybe even a bit more even......sounds great btw

Idle for the 2018 Scout Bobber is 1100 RPM +- 50 (from the manual).
Maybe due to an updated tune?
That seems like kind of a jump because of a tune. The whole purpose of the tune is to maintain proper fueling after changing out the intake/exhaust. Seems odd that it would make the bike idle ~300 RPM higher.
Would you say its loud? Was looking at V&H but way too loud !
