If someone uses their own device (BYOD) to work on behalf of an establishment, would that establishment need an SE subscription?
Regardless of the device being used, if a given organisation is benefitting from the existence / usage of Java then that organisation needs to subscriptions in place assuming the OTN Java SE agreement doesn’t cover their usage
