ഒരു ജില്ലാ കളക്ടർക്ക് തന്റെ ജില്ലയിൽ പുകയില വ്യാപാരം നിരോധിക്കാൻ കഴിയുമോ.. അത് സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാരിന്റെ നിയമപരമായ അധികാരം അല്ലെ 🤔
ഇത് തന്നെ ഞാനും ചിന്തിച്ചു. Govt പോളിസികൾ നടപ്പാക്കുക എന്നതല്ലേ സിവിൽ സർവൻ്റ്‌സ് ൻ്റെ ജോലി. സ്വന്തമായി നയങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കി നടപ്പാക്കുന്ന autocrat അല്ലല്ലോ ഒരു ജില്ലാ കളക്ടർ.
Yes govt thane anu adhikaram... But collectork govtnu suggestions kodukam like what he said... Athine pati anu interview chothiche... Pine minsters almost implement cheyuna oronum aa dept secratary(senior IAS offices) nalkuna reports and suggession thane anu....
ഇതെന്റെ answer കൃഷ്ണ തേജ തന്നെ പറഞ്ഞു, even though he is a policy implementer, slowly he can change the mindset of people and find an alternative financial solution for the affected.
