I recently wanted to get back into MapleStory but modern Maple is just not the same. Join me on my adventure to relive my childhood, and surpass my childhood capabilities!
Challenges:
- Ironman: No Party, No Trading,
- Complete every quest that is possible without Grouping,
- Defeat every Boss without grouping.

Nice episode! Glad the tip helped! Here's a few more, Ice piece from Arwen can be used in Manji's quest later on, this saves you time since you don't have to grind in El Nath for the Ice Piece. Iron hog hoofs can be exchanged at Chris for Steel Plate at a 100 to 1 ratio. Mainly good for Screws that can be used in other quest objectives and is a more consistent grind than praying for 10 steel ores to drop from mobs

Makes sense on the hog hoofs, though I'm not sure I'll be in need of too many more screws.
The on screen effects that you edited honestly seemed really professional would love to see a tutorial on that I was super impressed. Keep up the grind and the hard work. Keep making videos we are definitly entertain and aplriciate that you dedicate your time for our enjoyment

The on screen effects took some time to craft but honestly towards the end, I've developed a better work flow so I'm tempted to be more ambitious with them.

Go full dexless with maple weapons and bath robe is more iconic hermit. It's also many people's childhood dreams! Are you able to do gachapon to get these?
The Gachapon system is not implemented on this server, and the main dev is against it from what I can tell. The only way to get maple weapons is to farm the Cake boss event. It was meant to be included with the presents event that ran but the boss got delayed.
I do agree, the bath/sauna robes are very iconic. I just hope I can snag a weapon when the time comes, otherwise I'll have to adapt a different statline.
If that's the case, then going with regular dex is good too. I really enjoy the series and will continue to watch either way.
Heck yes. I joined Revival Story when I discovered your series a few weeks back. I don’t have much time to play but my warrior is now level 18 :) such a nice nostalgia hit.

The base stats you get from gloves barely matters, so you can scroll whatever. You just want the ATT.
Gotcha, are there some gloves apart from the brown work gloves that have extra slots for scroll? That's my biggest concern.
As i’ve said on my on series. OSMS assassins are limited when it comes to bossing solo.
I’d sugest you farm for dex scrolls for equiping better gear:)

Yeah, I've been in a toss up between the options. The Meba is good but at some point you just hit a wall.
@@Wyiski you can try farming claw att 60% at Ariant. A good 5/7 me a should be enough until your late 50’s. Thats What i’m doing with my character. See where you can farm OA Dex and Cape Dex 60%. Helm Dex can be obtained from master chronos as well. That should give you a decent amount of extra dex for lvl 70 gear. It’s a good farming sesh :)
Rays here - lv 130 hermit . Meba 50 dex will be a solid path till you get maple weapons. the Faster (4) Vs Normal (6) is far too much attack speed to make up for in damage
I see, I didn't take into account the attack speeds of the weapons. Thanks for letting me know, I completely forgot about that. The claw booster only ups the speed by 2 right?
Hopefully the event comes around and I get a chance at dropping a spicy maple weapon then.
@@Wyiski i believe the claw booster ups the attack speed by 1.
Damn, I guess that throws my thoughts of doing the level 10 claw route. Maybe I might be forced to do normal dex unless I can get a maple weapon.

@@Wyiski btw, I would go low or normal dex route since dexless will require some godly scrolling and maple weapons (which idk if those exist in your PS). Just looking out for your mental well being :)
Maple Weapons do exist but they don't drop naturally. They only drop from events, so maybe my stance might change if I drop one xD
As for the dex routes, I'm going to need to research what the correct breakpoints are for each.
I am not sure if you can do all bosses, you are limited by throwing stars. Maybe you can but I am not sure.
Thanks for watching, and yeah, I'd just have to fill my entire inventory with stars for certain bosses.

Full dexless as in using the level 10 weapon and reset the dex to rock bottom? Or attempt to get a maple weapon and go dexless like that? Both work, but maple weapons are really hard to get.
