We love watching you guys from here in Medford, MA! Ideas for handicapping the Pro:
1. He must wear a cervical collar (as in the plastic neck brace used by EMTs), wrist splints, elbow braces, a knee splint, or any combination there-of. You could even start with the collar and add a splint for every hole he wins.
2. Using a number of flash cards to write them on, the pro must recite interesting state facts on his downswing. For example, he says as he takes the clubhead away from address, "The state bird of Massachusetts is the chickadee!" or, "Delaware's primary river is the Monongahela!".
I found ur channel not too long ago and i don't play golf at all but i really enjoy ur content it helps me alot and I enjoy watching ur older videos as well its helped me get through my day and something I watch everyday now! keep being you!

I always wanted to play golf. I tried out for my team when I was growing up in Michigan, but I'm blind in my left eye, and that handicap proved to be my biggest downfall when I made the attempt. I still love golf, and I have dreams of going out to my local range where I live now but it's just such a daunting task. I hated missing the ball so much! My only crowning achievement was one "Perfect" swing. I say perfect because I hit it farther than I ever had, but it sliced at such an angle that the man scoring us stopped me and said, "I have never seen a ball take a turn that sharp from any potentials I've watched." We couldn't find the ball at all, but he was still so impressed! Anyways, great game Brian, Mark!
You've come so far. Loving just you and the man out there playing straight golf, no gimmicks. Loving it.

I just got into golf a couple years ago and have been getting better with practice. I feel like I used to be able to relate to Bryan, but now he is definitely much better than I. Maybe one day, I will improve to the level he has. So congrats dude. Also, excited to watch Bryan at the white tees. This is a good series. I think that every month or so you guys should do one of these. When Bryan wins he moves back, when he looses he moves forward. When he gets skunked he moves all the way forward to yellow. Play until Bryan finally wins at the championship tee. I don't care how long it takes. It is fun to watch the progress. It would be really interesting to watch that final battle at the championship tee. I do think that Mark shouldn't get to use his range checker... Just to keep it fair. Great content you two, Thanks.

That did make it a pretty good match. Coulda gone either way at the last.... Mark's putt does a 90 degree turn there, if that goes in... That's about as close as it gets.... Coulda dropped...

A round of golf helps us to see how much Bryan is improving and in my opinion more entertaining than challenges as I a m beginner and trying to watch a good game of golf from someone who is in a similar situation to mine keep it Bryan and your a great content creator.

Idea for Bryan: Pro vs Amateur, straight up match play, but the pro has to 'happy gilmour' every shot
Very enjoyable. I play with friends that are too competitive while I'm playing against the course......(and btw, they are annoyingly competitive)
I have watched most of the videos over the last couple of days and im amazed on how far he progressed on his play in just 7-8 months, its crazy.

With the way mark played that round I think mark needs to play from the forward tees lol
I’ve done this before with a friend of mine who’s really good. I played the whites and he played the blues. On most holes it was only a difference of ten yards but on the two most difficult holes on the course, it was about 30 yards extra. Just enough to keep it interesting.

What course is that?
I have a video idea that could work for decent amateurs VS pros for at least a few rounds. Not sure if it is possible for the amateur to win straight up, but this could be a format which could make it happen: A 5 hole match straight up lowest score... Except it is over the course of 18 holes, as in any 5 holes in a row out of the 18, which means you have several 'chances' to make it interesting. It still would be very difficult to pull off though. So even 3 holes in a row lowest score is a feat.
