- We heard the little town of Travnik here in Bosnia & Herzegovina has the best Cevapi in the Balkans so we knew we had to visit for a couple of days 🇧🇦
Theres a super famous place in town but to be honest it didn't look too good, we went to a place called 'Bosna' and the food was incredible we ate there daily sometimes more than once, they were lovely people, the best cevapi i've ever eaten for sure and the prices were also fantastic.

that is my home town, and yes there are the best cevapi in Bosnia there...especially because you visited the only "old school čevabžinica" called Bosna and in Travnik among people, better-known by name "at Rušan" (Rushan is the old owner) who still prepares cevapi on the old recipe...so good job, congratulation on good choice and video...just one advice, you eat chevapi one by one, you put one chevap on bred and put the kajmak on it, then you eat onion or grilled paprika or hot feferoni :)

@@EllisWR because eating cevapi is kind of ritual in Bosnia, same as drinking coffee... and it is called "ćejf" or "merak"...you do it slowly and with joy in order o experience all tastes and flavours without hurry :). Also there are several historical places in Travnik you have missed, and they are worth visiting, so that could be your next mission if you come back here...you are always welcome

@@EllisWR yes I saw video from the "Bukovica" hill you published and it is great...there are some other places like "Old town" medieval fortress you passed by, Travnik Gymnasium, Two clock towers, the Colourful mosque, the literature Nobel prize winner Ivo Andrić birth house/museum, "Plava voda" (blue water) place / shortest and purest water stream with "Lutvina kahva" (known in Ivi Andrić literary work Travnik chronicles) coffee/restaurant place, several churches and mosques etc.

I am on top of Rocky Mountain in Wyoming relaxing in my semi and watching the video. I passed through that town in 2022. on my way to Bihac and now I wish that I stopped there to try the cevap. I am really embarrassed to say that I know very little about my homeland. One day I will rent me a jeep and I am going to visit every corner of Bosnia especially the famous village Lukomir

Ćevabdžinica Bosna ("kod Rušana" as we call it) is actualy place where locals are eating ćevapi. Therefore, these are probably most delicious ćevapi in Travnik and the rest of the world. :) Although, most famous are ćevapi at Hari's place (kod Harija). Also, very delicious ćevapi. To be honest, ćevapi in Travnik are the best no matter where you order your ćevapi dish :)
I think hari is overrated and people told us it ain't that good! This place we went was so so good we ate everyday ahah sometimes more than once
@@EllisWR it is not overrated, though, if you ask anyone from Travnik, most of them will recommend Bosna - kod Rušana, or Karalić and Tenić. But I am not gonna lie, Hari has some delicious ćevapi.

Yes, the best Cevaplı is in Travnik but not in this Location. You can find best Cevaplı in "Hari".

Hey Seba, we unfortunately only made one video in Timisoara Romania because we had a problem a hotel cancelled on us so we had to go to Moldova quick! But we have videos coming from Moldova aswell hopefully you enjoy :) we'll have to come back to Romania for definite we were blown away by how kind people were to us everybody was lovely 🇷🇴 We visited a few years ago before we made videos and drove through all transylvania region sibiu sighisoara viscri etc etc it was beautiful

@@EllisWR Travnik have loot of hiden jam, im born and live there for 30 jears but dont see all things. People are warm in the willages around Travnik. Travnik have 20k people ,but whit willages are now 55k.
