Iconic racing is kind of our thing and we love getting down the track and racing.. however there is one class that we are yet to try and that is F1 RC car racing. Next season Carl is going to get involved but before he can do that he is going to get some practice in with the TAMIYA F104 pro2.

We have entered an F103 with LMP body in the 12 hours endurance races in Gouda, NL. Had some problems this year but won it in 2023.
Simple car but great speed while the LMP body improves handling.

I love the Tamiya F1 cars, they look awesome. I'd be tempted to get one but I have nowhere to run it locally, and I've also just spent way too much on my Clod Buster chassis upgrade😜😂

Yes!!! Love it mate….I’m getting my one ready and having a bit of a play about using an Iconic spec brushed motor…first time out, the driveshaft snapped sending me into the barrier on the high speed corner at WLRC at the end of the straight 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️😂😂. Can’t wait to se you on track with this …it’s going to be brilliant fun…maybe get a second shell and mount a camera to it 🤔🤔😉

Nice build 🤩 A little precision (swiss inside 🇨🇭), the spur is 04 metric which is "very" similar to 64 dp. The difference is tiny, but as always, there's a huge debate on whether it's 100% compatible 🥴🤝

Carl I got a question i am getting ready to do a speed run challenge next month and the chassis that the contest director picked is the Tamiya MF01X chassis and i know you fo a ton with the m chassis does anyone out there make a set of foam tires that will fit the car as they are 60mm instead of 65mm. Thanks for any help you may be able to provide
